I've spent over 25 years immersed in operating, building and founding businesses, solving problems and helping organisations become stronger.
I've built businesses from the ground up, grown them through the messy middle, and sold them.
I've also helped other business owners do the same. I've experienced the highs and the lows, the difficult decisions, the unexpected challenges, and the constant evolution that every business goes through.
My approach is grounded in both knowledge and lived experience.
I studied business because I wanted to understand what makes businesses succeed.
But everything I share has also been tested in the real world through decades of lived experience - real businesses, real conversations, real successes, real mistakes, and years of learning what genuinely helps businesses become stronger, calmer and easier to run.
